  • Don`t be more hurry! of weight losing after Delivery. Be patient with your body as it needs time to heal.And Never skip your meals because if you eat less you lose your energy and wont keep you fit and healthy.
  • Avoid soft drinks sugar added products (Food),juices,sweets,because it will increase your weight.
  • Don`t eat oily foods or Fried foods more because it leads you gain your weight more.
  • Eat foods like which are very high in fibre,
  • Avoid alcohol intakes.

Eat small meals instead of big meals:

Eat more but of as small meals with light snacks in between of your huge meals.
